Thank you for shopping at Mix and Match, while our goal is for every customer to love their purchases, we understand that isn’t always the case. If you are unhappy with your online purchase, please read our RETURNS & REFUNDS policy below to make sure that your items are eligible for return and for further instructions.

Returns/Exchange Process
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange products. Please note that the duration is in accordance with the relevant applicable laws in your country, and in case of offers, special conditions are to be applied.

Online Return/Exchange Process steps:
1- Please write us at support@mixandmatcheg.com for your return request with the following details: 
• Order number
• Code of item(s) you would like to return/exchange
• Return/exchange reason

2- In your “My Account” page, head to “My orders” tab; if your order is delivered you will find a button under “Return/Exchange”. 
Note: if your order is not marked delivered yet by the shipping provider(i.e. Aramex, DHL…) you will not be able to request Return/Exchange through that method. If your order has been delivered but it is not reflecting in this section please refer to method 1 for requesting a return/exchange. 


Any items which have been provided free of charge with the relevant products must also be returned. You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return. The products must be returned in their original condition. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the item(s) during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange and/or refund. In accordance with global industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that are personalized to your order. In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). In any case, you must return the faulty, damaged, or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.

Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used at the time of ordering and depending on your bank, this can vary from 3 to 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. Any refunds given by us in relation to returns/exchanges will be made as follows.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within one hour of having placed it. If you paid by credit card or debit card and you have canceled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be canceled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
